Mediterranean Citrus Gift Set — Sparta Gourmet EVOO, Ariston Lemon Balsamic & Othrys Mountain Tea
Mediterranean Citrus Gift Set — Sparta Gourmet EVOO, Ariston Lemon Balsamic & Othrys Mountain Tea
Three Greek products built around citrus — cold-pressed Koroneiki EVOO from the Georgiou family in Laconia, Ariston's lemon-infused white balsamic from Messinia, and wild-harvested mountain tea from the slopes of Mount Othrys. Each one sourced directly. Each one with a named Greek producer behind it. Bundled together because they belong on the same table.
This set saves $20 against individual pricing and ships free across the continental US.
What's in the Set
Sparta Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil — 3L Tin
Cold-pressed Koroneiki EVOO from the Georgiou family's groves in the Laconia region of the Peloponnese — September 2025 harvest, sub-0.3% acidity, approximately 200 tablespoons per tin. The everyday cooking and finishing oil for a Greek kitchen. The opaque tin blocks light degradation better than any glass bottle. Full product details →
Ariston Lemon-Infused Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil — 8.45 fl oz
Cold-pressed Koroneiki EVOO from Ariston Specialties — a four-generation Greek family producer from the Messinia region of the Peloponnese — naturally infused with lemon. Clean citrus character without artificial flavoring. The finishing oil for grilled fish, seafood, light salads, and roasted vegetables where a bright citrus note is the right call. Othrys Mountain Tea — 50g
Wild-harvested Sideritis (mountain tea) from Mount Othrys, Greece — gathered by the same family that has been working this mountain for three generations, at an altitude where the plants concentrate their essential oils in dry, rocky soil and intense summer sun. Naturally caffeine-free. Delicate, slightly sweet, with subtle herbal warmth. Brew it after the meal the way Greek villages have for centuries. Full product details →
How to Use the Set Together
The Sparta Gourmet 3L does the cooking — sautéing, roasting, dressings, marinades. The Ariston Lemon EVOO finishes — drizzled over grilled fish or a light salad just before serving. The mountain tea closes the meal. This is the arc of a proper Greek table: olive oil at every stage, herbs to finish.
For a simple citrus vinaigrette: whisk Ariston Lemon EVOO with a small amount of white wine vinegar, sea salt, and dried Othrys oregano. Over tomatoes, cucumbers, and a slab of Roussas barrel-aged feta, it is a Horiatiki. Over grilled fish with a squeeze of lemon, it is dinner.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
What makes this set "citrus"?
The citrus thread runs through all three products: the Ariston Lemon EVOO brings direct citrus character; the Sparta Gourmet Koroneiki has the bright, grassy freshness of early-harvest Laconian olives that pairs naturally with lemon; and the Othrys mountain tea has subtle herbal notes that complement citrus-forward food and drink. -
Can I use both olive oils for cooking?
The Sparta Gourmet 3L is the everyday cooking oil — sautéing, roasting, dressings, any technique. The Ariston Lemon EVOO is best used as a finishing oil for maximum citrus impact, though it holds up to gentle heat in pan sauces and marinades. -
How long does mountain tea keep?
Dried Sideritis keeps for up to 18 months in an airtight container away from light and heat. Brew one to two teaspoons per cup in hot water (not boiling) for 5–7 minutes. -

Fantastic! A big reminder of the Tavernas we visited in Greece. Highly recommend! It’s the real deal.
Great creamy feta! Wished there was a 2lb container
Incredibly reasonably price! Quality oil, and the time was taken to wrap and double wrap the cans for protection during shipping! Highly recommend!
I loved this cheese! To the point that I never liked any cheese at all (41 years) of hating all cheese. But once I tried it it opened my world to cheeses again.
Thought I was back in Crete. Absolutely incredible.
