Crafted by the Roussas family dairy in Almyros, at the foot of Mount Othrys in Thessaly, this feta uses only organic pasteurized sheep’s milk from certified organic flocks grazing pesticide-free pastures. Where our classic Roussas Feta blends sheep and goat’s milk for a firm, peppery bite, the pure sheep’s milk here creates a noticeably creamier, richer, more buttery feta with a gentle tang. Four ingredients, nothing else: organic sheep’s milk, sea salt, cultures, and microbial rennet.
