Acetaia Sereni Rosé Balsamic Condiment, 8.45 fl oz
Acetaia Sereni Rosé Balsamic Condiment, 8.45 fl oz
Give salads, seafood and fresh cheese a delicate sweet-sour finish with Acetaia Sereni Rosé Balsamic Condiment. Made from concentrated grape must and wine vinegar, this pale pink Italian agrodolce brings notes of rose petal, cherry and raspberry without the dark color of traditional balsamic.
Keep it beside your olive oil for the finishing touch: a few drops over ripe strawberries, a spoonful over burrata, or a light drizzle over fennel and cucumber. Its gentle fruit-forward character lifts a dish without overwhelming it.
From the hills of Modena

Frequently asked questions
What does rosé balsamic taste like?
It has a delicate sweet-sour balance with floral rose petal and red berry notes, including cherry and raspberry.
How is it different from dark balsamic?
Its pale pink color and lighter flavor make it especially suited to fruit, seafood and fresh vegetables when you want a delicate finish rather than a dark balsamic drizzle.
Can I cook with it?
Yes, use it in marinades. For the clearest expression of its floral and berry aromas, add it at the end of preparation or at the table.
