Botanico White is an organic Greek white balsamic vinegar from Domaine Costa Lazaridi in Drama, northern Greece — sweet, fruity, and bright, made intentionally without barrel ageing to preserve its clean blond colour.

Produced from concentrated grape must of selected Sémillon grapes and wine vinegar from the same variety, with a natural acidity of 6%. Certified organic. No caramel colouring, no artificial thickeners — just the clean, bright character of the grape itself.

Use it wherever you want the flavour of a balsamic without the colour: drizzle over grilled fish or white meat, toss with raw vegetables, fold into a mayonnaise, or finish a fruit dessert. Clear, versatile, and unmistakably Greek.
