  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 large avocado, cubed
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 sweet red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fine sea salt
  • Eliovi Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

    • In salad bowl, combine watermelon, avocado, strawberries and red onion.
    • Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil; toss gently. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over top of fruit salad; serve immediately.
