Classic Greek Salad with a Premium Twist
Our recipe features the finest ingredients, including Sparta Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Botanico White Balsamic Vinegar.
- 4-6 tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 block of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of Kalamata olives, pitted
- 2 tbsp Sparta Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Botanico White Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Toss gently and serve immediately.
